Our turnaround time is typically 3 - 5 business days. All orders are shipped from Newport Beach, CA. We ship via UPS or USPS. International shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer another carrier or would like to use your own account. Customs or duties are the responsibility of the retailer.
If an item is oversold or out of stock, we will notify you immediately. We will ship you what is currently available with the rest of your order and the backordered items will ship free of charge when they are re-stocked. Please let us know if you prefer otherwise. Accessories- We have limited stock on hand for accessories as they are sewn locally in Orange County, CA. Please contact email@example.com for accessories availability for wholesale.
MATERIALS AND PROCESS:
All of our products are made in the U.S.A. using environmentally responsible manufacturers. Our papers and envelopes are all FSC- certified and sustainable. Envelope papers are Astrobright 30% recycled (with a fluorescent look) and Kraft 100% post consumer fiber. All cards are A2 size, singles are packaged in clear sleeve and boxed sets come in a Kraft paper base with a clear slip cover. Notepads and bottle labels are packaged in clear sleeves with product info. Our accessories are made with recycled polyester canvas, digitally printed using our artwork, sewn locally and have a hangtag with info. We use high quality materials and assemble them by hand so that everything is inspected before it is shipped.
In the case of damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within one week of receipt of goods and we will send you a replacement. Products must be returned unused, in the condition the item was received. We want you to be happy with your order, so please don't hesitate to inform us of any issues or concerns.
